It's that time of year again, folks! After an off-season that was eventful, to say the least, the 2019-2020 Oakland Raiders season is officially underway, and needless to say, expectations have NEVER been lower for our beloved silver-and-black bedecked squadron. Because we here at The Internet Is In America are loyal traditionists to a "T" (and also, glutons for punishment), we're going to be doing our damnedest to bring you LIVE play-by-play coverage of EVERY single Oakland Raiders game of the season, continuing with this afternoon's road matchup against Indianapolis. So join us LIVE on SUNDAY, DEC. 29 starting at 4 p.m. Eastern time as our patented, award-winning, possession-by-possession coverage of week 17's Raiders vs. Broncos game gets rolling. There'll be updates every commercial break, so be sure to bookmark this shit prior to kickoff — and, as always, feel free to do us and yourselves a kindness and let all your online Raiders fans know what we're offering 'em by posting links to our coverage on your social media pages. Such, I assure you, is greatly appreciated — and something tells me we're gonna' need as much help as we can damn get this season, for sure.

11:13 a.m. - Alright, it ain't gonna' be easy, but the 7-8 Raiders CAN make the playoffs if they beat the Broncos on the road this afternoon. And the Titans lose. And the Steelers lose, too. And the Colts win. And the Bears, Patriots, Chiefs of Lions win. So yeah, Lady Luck is working against us today, but hey — if you're a Raiders fan, you stop giving a fuck about "reason" a long time ago.

11:16 a.m. - ESPN's Football Power Index gives Denver a 61.7 percent chance of winning this game. Which is odd, 'cause didn't the Raiders whup they ass all the way back in week one? Granted, it's in Denver and Drew Lock is playing pretty good as of late, but still.

11:18 a.m. - Vegas has the Broncos listed as -4 favorite, with the money line set at +175 for the Raiders. The over/under, they say, is 41.

11:19 a.m. - For the Raiders, guard Richie Incognito is listed as doubtful, and top running back Josh Jacobs is OUT. Meanwhile, Denver will be without offensive tackles Elijah Wilkinson and Ja'Wuan James, as well as guard Ron Leary. Defensive end DeMarcus Walker is listed as questionable for today's contest.

11:20 a.m. - Kickoff is slated for 4:25 p.m. Eastern. Be sure to check back in around 4 p.m., as we get our LIVE(ish) coverage of the last Oakland Raiders game EVER rolling.

4:56 p.m. - Holding against the Broncos gives the Raiders an automatic first down.

4:57 p.m. - Waller is back in it. Washington gets MAYBE a yard on the play. And that looks to be the last play of the first quarter.

5:02 p.m. - Third and three. Carr is under pressure and he just dunks it away.

5:02 p.m. - Carlson is out for another field goal attempt. Uh-oh.

5:06 p.m. - Indy has a 10-3 lead over the Jaguars at the moment, so that's good for the Raiders.

5:08 p.m. - Second and 10 for Denver after a holding penalty.

5:08 p.m. - Broncos get a first down. Then Lock runs for about six.

5:13 p.m. - Here comes the Broncos' field goal unit.

5:17 p.m. - Oh fuck, Tennessee is up 14-7 against the Texans. Not good for the Raiders.

5:23 p.m. - The play is under review. Stay tuned, folks.

You know, I've got a sneaking suspicion that ISN'T an officially licensed, co-branded Predator/Oakland Raiders mask. Just call it a hunch.

5:26 p.m. - And the refs say Renfrow went down at the one-yard line.

5:26 p.m. - Raiders going for it on fourth down. And the refs say Ingold DIDN'T get in. OK, so THAT's under review, too.

5:31 p.m. - Gruden challenges the play, and the ruling stands. What a curious and TOTALLY unpredictable call there.

5:32 p.m. - Denver takes over at their own one-yard line. The pass falls incomplete on first down.

5:33 p.m. - Of course, it's a holding call against Oakland. Why wouldn't it?

5:49 p.m. - The end zone shot to Sutton is incomplete, but a flag is down.

5:50 p.m. - Pass interference against the Raiders. This officiating is goddamn ridiculous.

5:50 p.m. - First and goal for Denver. And hey, what do you know, the Broncos score a touchdown on  pass to Beck. What are the odds.

5:52 p.m. - Twenty-eight seconds left in the first half. The Raiders will take the touchback.

5:53 p.m. - Richard runs it up the gut for nine, and Gruden's just gonna' run out the clock.

5:54 p.m.- Heading into halftime, it's Denver 10, Oakland 3. The Raiders do get the ball back to begin the third, though, so there's that.

5:54 p.m. - Time to walk a puppy and eat some sausage balls. See you fuckers back here in 15, folks.

6:09 p.m. - Washington with a HUGE run up the gut.

6:14 p.m. - Lindsay with seven on the first down run.

6:16 p.m. - Third and 11. The receiver is about two or three yards short of moving the sticks.

6:30 p.m. - Second and 12. Sutton can't hold onto the pass and flags are down. Looks like Harris is going to get penalized for hitting a "defenseless receiver."

6:32 p.m. - Lindsay spins for about two yards on the run.

6:37 p.m. - It's Denver 13, Oakland 3 late in the third.

You ever have days where you're just like, "fuck it, man?" Well, that's everyday of Jon Gruden's life.

6:40 p.m. - The Oakland return man goes down at the 10. Yep, more flags are down.

6:41 p.m. - Personal foul on the Raiders. Plus the deadball foul. So they'll be backd up to their, what, one-inch line?

7:08 p.m. - Looks like The Jags are going to beat the Indy and Tennessee is going to beat Houston.

7:09 p.m. - Now would be a good time for the Raiders to just thug it up and hurt some niggas, just sayin'.

7:10 p.m. - Second and 10 at the OAK 43. The Broncos running back coughs up the ball and THE RAIDERS RECOVER!

7:10 p.m. - Ferrell comes up with the pigskin, if you were wondering.

And those are actually some of the YOUNGER Bronco fans in attendance.
