Join The Internet Is In America on Sunday, Oct. 30, for our LIVE play-by-play (well, more like possession-by-possession, but that shit is deathly for SEO) coverage of week 8's Raiders vs. Buccaneers game. The shenanigans begin at 1 p.m. eastern time (with updates every commercial break) so be sure to bookmark this shit before kickoff. And as always, do us and yourselves a kindness and let all your fellow Raiders fans know what we're up to by posting links to our coverage on your social media pages. Hey, we're all in this together, remember (#silverandblacklivesmatter)...
12:35 p.m. - The Vegas line has this one a dead even contest, with 49 set as the over/under.

12:36 p.m. - Receiver Louis Murphy is out for Tampa Bay. And no, Aldon Smith - surprise, surprise - will not be suiting up today for the Raiders.

12:37 p.m. - As to which team is faring better offensively and defensively this season, it really depends on which metrics you are using as a barometer. In terms of overall yardage, the Bucs are "better" than Oakland, posting 381.3 yards per contest to the Raiders' 373.1. and their defense (362.8 yards  per game) is certainly doing better, numerically, than Oakland (436.9 yards per game.) However, when it comes to points per game, the Raiders have the upper hand, putting up 26.4 to TB's 21.3 while allowing 25.6 (compared to TB's 26.5)

12:53 p.m. - And today's underlying story? The Raiders are 4-0 on the road this season, and the Buccaneers have yet to win a single home game in 2016. Oh, and by the way - today's game is in Tampa.

1:00 p.m. - Oakland is 5-2, Tampa Bay is 3-3. Kickoff coming up in just a few moments.

1:03 p.m. - Raiders will kick off the ball. It's a fairly windy afternoon in central Florida, per the CBS announce crew.

The Raiders finished that one with not only the new pro football record for penalties in a game, but with an incredible 626 total offensive yards, with Derek Carr lobbing the rock for 513 passing yards and four aerial touchdowns.

4:53 p.m. - Which means, yes, despite being hit with 200 yards (no joke) in penalties, the Raiders STILL managed to walk away with a victory today.

4:54 p.m. - All I can say is, holy goddamn shit, I love pro football sometimes.
